Kelly gets an offer from Todd, Dorian tells Viki to give Charlie another chance, and many battle for custody of Sierra Rose...
Todd arrives at the mansion and wonders why he ever gave Kelly his handkerchief. Though Kelly tries to give it back, Todd tells her to keep it, calls her Cassie and then says, "I heard you shot down Kevin… What a laugh that gave me." Kelly snidely defends Kevin but claims it was time to go their separate ways. Wondering what he's doing there, Todd talks about wanting to see his boys then vents about Dani's rejection. Todd wants advice, since Kevin forgave Kelly for sleeping with his son, and Kelly replies, "You can't give up. The Todd I know would never back down from a fight." Todd finds it funny that he and Kelly appear to be new BFFs, causing Kelly to correct him and list off aspects of the creep Todd really is - aside from when he's talking about his kids. "Did you just say something nice to me?" Todd asks. "Want to have sex?" Kelly laughs, thinking about Blair's reaction if she'd ever found out they'd had sex then Todd shocks her by offering her a job - to be his second in command at The Sun. Todd brings up Kelly's popular blog, offers for her to write it 'under The Sun' and says not to worry about Blair - because this is the best offer Kelly's ever had! Todd leaves, asking Kelly to make her decision soon - because Blair is his second choice.
Blair goes to Starr's with a letter from Llanview University. Though it's just a brochure, not an acceptance letter like Starr hoped, Blair knows she'll be accepted soon and says Todd is already planning her party. Starr begs Blair to stop Todd, which causes Blair to think back to Todd and Kelly's new supposed friendship and bitterly say, "Maybe Kelly can." Blair explains how Todd comforted Kelly but denies that he could have a thing for her - she is so not his type! "I have broken the Todd cycle," Blair halts Starr's jealousy suspicions, who wonders if things with Blair's mystery man are getting serious. Blair denies any mystery in her life, or anything serious, then asks Starr about how she and Cole are managing. Starr brings up Cole, and his new college friend Hannah, but insists she doesn't feel threatened. Before Blair leaves, Starr jokes about Todd and Kelly, but Blair says it doesn't matter - because Kelly's going back to London!
Viki wonders what Dorian wants when she appears at Llanfair. "You know darn well why I'm here," Dorian says, urging Viki not to divorce Charlie. Viki is irritated that Charlie confided in Dorian, but Dorian snaps, "He loves you, you love him, don't you?" Viki and Dorian rehash Charlie's past crimes, and Viki accuses Dorian of not wanting forgiveness for Charlie - but for herself! Dorian then blames Viki, saying the whole situation started with her. Viki snaps the same accusation about Dorian being at fault back at her, but Dorian simply warns Viki not to throw Charlie away. Once Dorian leaves, Viki leaves a message for Charlie to come over.
As Kevin comes down the Buchanan Mansion stairs, Kim's friends hit on him and offer to display their entertainment experience. Kevin tears himself away and refuses to give the girls a tour of the mansion - because the wedding is soon. Leah and Laudine don’t think there's going to be a wedding and wonder how a guy like Kevin hasn't met his soul mate yet. Kevin sits on the stairs and pours his heart out about Kelly turning down his marriage proposal, which the girls assure him Kelly will end up regretting for the rest of her life. With one girl pulling Kevin by the tie, and the other urging him to move, Kevin allows them to take him upstairs, where he doesn't have to be alone!
In the living room, Kim tells Clint she's not sure she can marry him. Kim explains her indecision, which was caused by her bridesmaids, who she invited to show off her new Buchanan digs. When Clint suggests they don't get married, Kim is hurt. Clint only wants what she wants then pulls out an engagement ring and asks, "Would this help?" The Justice of the Peace arrives, and Kim agrees to marry him. Later, Kim sees Kevin coming down the stairs, with lipstick all over his shirt. Kevin goes off to find Clint, and Kim asks 'the hags' to stand up for her - since Stacy can't.
Back in the living room, Clint assures Kevin that he's sure about this marriage, which Viki actually gave him her blessing for. When everyone's ready, the bridesmaids come in, giving a stripper's entrance, then Kim appears - and a quick ceremony takes place, ending with Clint kissing his new bride! After Kevin ushers the girls to the airport, who try to steal the silver, Clint warns Kim not to worry about them - they need to concentrate on Sierra Rose. Kim can't wait to spend their honeymoon with Sierra Rose.
At the hospital, Tea stops Gigi and Rex from leaving with Sierra and shows them a judge order, stating that Schuyler, who has been cleared of any ethics' charges, can take Sierra home. After Elijah looks over the order, he's forced to say, "It's true. Schuyler has been granted custody." Rex warns that Schuyler will have to get through him first, before he takes Sierra out of the hospital, even if it means he's thrown in jail. Schuyler promises he won't cut Gigi out of Sierra's life, because he loves her. Gigi stops Rex and Schuyler from engaging in a fistfight then says to Rex, then to Schuyler, "We have no choice… Come get your daughter." After Gigi gives Schuyler instructions for Sierra, she tells the baby goodbye, saying how much she loves her, then hands her over to Schuyler. "Come with me," Schuyler says to Gigi, but Gigi warns that this isn't over - and she'll raise Sierra Rose herself! Tea leads Schuyler away, to go home, and Gigi wonders, "How could I let her go… I let my sister down." Rex vows that Gigi will get Sierra back - one way or another.
Still in her apartment, Greg demands that Rachel tell him if Schuyler stole the drug, but Rachel can't betray Schuyler. More arguing ensues, and Greg says, "So you're choosing Schuyler over me?" Greg reminds Rachel how he put her first over his family and says, "I thought I knew you… Maybe I was wrong." Rachel argues why she needs to believe in Schuyler, but Greg doesn't accept it and says, "I'm beginning to think you chose the wrong brother." Greg admits he's breaking up with Rachel then leaves.
Schuyler brings the baby home and introduces Rachel, who has to wipe away tears, to Sierra. Schuyler thanks her for helping him get his daughter back.
